Museum of Cozumel Island
Punta Langosta Mall
Located across from the cruise pier, this upscale shopping mall features several jewelry, sportswear, and souvenir stores, as well as ice cream shops and restaurants.
By far the largest handcraft and souvenir store on the Island, Viva Mexico offers works by only the finest Mexican designers. All handcrafts are individually crafted in ceramics, talavera, pewter, glassware and much more.
San Miguel Church
Dating back to the 16th century, this intimate Catholic church features striking architecture with several ancient sculptures in the church.
Tour the ancient Mayan ruins of San Gervasio, El Cedral, El Mirador, La Tumba del Caracol and The Lighthouse of Punta Celarain on the southern tip of the island.
Chankanaab National Park
Chankanaab, which means "small sea," has something for everyone: a saltwater lagoon, an archaeological park, and a botanical garden with reproductions of a Mayan village and Olmec, Toltec, Aztec, and Mayan stone carvings scattered throughout. The waters off the beach are calm and swimmable. Snorkelers and divers can explore underwater caverns, a sunken shipwreck with barnacle-covered cannons and anchors, and a sculpture of “la Virgen del Mar (Virgin of the Sea).”
